The De La Salle Meteors softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Mother McAuley Mighty Macs to 0 in the Meteors non-league win on Monday.

The Meteors now possess a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity for a GCAC-White battle on Tuesday, April 29. De La Salle will confront a Blazers team coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Blazers record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, Mother McAuley moves to 6-10 on the season. The Mighty macs travel to Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL) to confront the Broncos in a GCAC- Red battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Broncos come into the battle with a record of 13-8. Montini Catholic won 24-1 in their recent non-league battle against St. Edward (Elgin, IL)
