Illinois High School Softball - Polo succumbs to Fulton

In Monday's non-league test, the Fulton Steamers (Fulton, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Polo Marcos (Polo, IL), by a tally of 13-1.
Next, the Steamers clash with the Warren/Stockton Warhawks (Warren, IL) in a NUIC West test, on Tuesday, April 29. Fulton will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Warhawks go into the test with a 7-8 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Morrison (Morrison, IL).
The Marcos (2-12) will now prepare for their test against Ashton-Franklin Center (Ashton, IL). The Raiders go into the NUIC South test with a 2-20 record. In their last test, Ashton-Franklin Center was routed by Oregon (Oregon, IL), 11-0, in a non-league test.
