In Monday's non-league test, the Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host St. Joseph Academy Jaguars (Cleveland, OH), by a tally of 12-1.
Next, the Green Wave clash with the Beaumont School Blue Streaks (Cleveland Heights, OH) in a North Coast test, on Tuesday, April 29. Holy Name will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Blue Streaks go into the test with a 5-5 record after their 18-0 league loss to Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH).
The Jaguars (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Magnificat (Rocky River, OH). The Blue Streaks go into the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Magnificat prevailed over Maple Heights (Maple Heights, OH), 21-3, in a non-league test.
