The Neptune Scarlet Fliers softball squad (Neptune, NJ), was routed 13-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ)

With the triumph, Lacey Township improves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Lions host Brick Memorial (Brick, NJ) to face the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 29. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 7-4. Brick Memorial lost 5-2 in their recent non-league contest against Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ)

The Scarlet Fliers now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Ranney for a Shore - B North contest on Wednesday, April 30.
