The Bullard Knights softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats to 0 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Bullard improves its record to 8-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Edison (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a County/Metro game on Tuesday, May 18. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 1-5.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA) in a North Yosemite game, on Tuesday, May 4. Sunnyside will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Highlanders come into the game with a 7-3 record after their 17-7 non-league win over Caruthers (Caruthers, CA).
