The Zimmerman Thunder baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Big Lake Hornets to 4 in the Thunder non-league victory on Friday.

The Thunder (6-6) will now prepare for their match against St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN). The Crusaders go into the Granite Ridge match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, St. Cloud Cathedral was overwhelmed by Foley (Foley, MN), 4-3, in a league match.
