The Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH), 14-3 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Gilmour Academy upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Lancers travel to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH) to battle the Knights in a Region 6 outing on Tuesday, May 3. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 4-10. Archbishop Hoban lost 17-3 in their recent league outing against Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH)
With the defeat, Roosevelt drops to 4-8 on the season. The Rough riders travel to Copley (Copley, OH) to battle the Indians in a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 3. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 10-2. Copley won 21-1 in their recent league outing against Benedictine (Cleveland, OH)
