The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Midland Chemics (Midland, MI) and the visiting Lake Orion Dragons (Lake Orion, MI), saw Midland's lacrosse team top Lake Orion by a margin of 15-5.

The Chemics (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Davison (Davison, MI). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.

The Dragons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Grosse Pointe South was overwhelmed by St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI), 13-3, in a non-league challenge.
