Kansas High School Softball - Santa Fe Trail bounces Baldwin

Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Baldwin Bulldogs (Baldwin, KS), 15-7 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they host Anderson County for a Pioneer challenge on Tuesday, May 3. Santa Fe Trail will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Louisburg (Louisburg, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Baldwin falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to McLouth (McLouth, KS) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 5. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 10-2.
