The Minerva Lions softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting David Anderson Blue Devils to 3 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Minerva moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Lions host Dover (Dover, OH) to clash with the Crimson Tornadoes in a non-league game on Monday, May 2. The Crimson Tornadoes come into the game with a record of 4-4.

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Southern Indians (Salineville, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 2. David Anderson will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record.
