Easton Area Rovers (Easton, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host William Allen Canaries (Allentown, PA), 21-4 in a league challenge.

The Rovers now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bangor for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 30. Easton Area will battle a Slaters squad coming off a 13-6 non-league win over Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA). The Slaters record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, William Allen falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Canaries host Whitehall (Whitehall, PA) to battle the Zephyrs in a Eastern Pennsylvania Conference challenge on Monday, May 2. The Zephyrs enter the challenge with a record of 8-3.
