The Arlington Spy Ponders (Arlington, MA) baseball trounced the host Stoneham Spartans (Stoneham, MA), 12-4 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Spy Ponders play the Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 2. Arlington will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Red Raiders enter the contest with a 1-9 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Lexington (Lexington, MA).

The Spartans now sport a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saugus for a non-league contest on Monday, May 1. Stoneham will play a Sachems squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lynn English (Lynn, MA). The Sachems record now stands at 1-9.
