The Wesclin Warriors baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting North Clay/Clay City to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.
The Warriors (19-4) will now prepare for their match against Okawville (Okawville, IL). The Rockets go into the Cahokia - Other match with a 2-19 record. In their last match, Okawville edged Mulberry Grove (Mulberry Grove, IL), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The (16-6) will now prepare for their match against St. Anthony (Effingham, IL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 17-3 record. In their last test, St. Anthony nipped Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IL), 7-5, in a non-league test.
