The Notre Dame Bulldogs volleyball team (Cape Girardeau, MO), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Alton Redbirds (Alton, IL)

The Redbirds (13-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Lutheran South went down by Affton (St. Louis, MO), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Saxony Lutheran Crusaders (Jackson, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 2. Notre Dame will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Seckman (Imperial, MO).
