The Plainfield East Bengals volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Evanston Wildkits to 0 in the Bengals non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bengals now have a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Downers Grove North for a non-league game on Saturday, April 29. Plainfield East will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Fishers (Fishers, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 15-7.

The Wildkits (14-10) will now prepare for their game against Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 19-7 record. In their last game, Downers Grove South dropped by Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
