The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) and the visiting Lauralton Hall Crusaders (Milford, CT), saw Pomperaug's lacrosse team achieve victory over Lauralton Hall by a margin of 16-10.

The Panthers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Branford (Branford, CT). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Branford was overwhelmed by Sacred Heart Academy (Hamden, CT), 16-7, in a league challenge.

The Crusaders (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Sheehan (Wallingford, CT). The Titans go into the Southern Connecticut game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Sheehan nudged Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT), 12-7, in a league game.
