Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Vista del Lago Eagles (Folsom, CA) and the visiting Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA), witnessed Vista del Lago's softball squad tip Oak Ridge by a count of 11-5.

The Eagles now sport a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Folsom for a non-league match on Monday, May 1. Vista del Lago will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-2 league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, Oak Ridge moves to 2-14 on the season. The Trojans travel to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA) to face the Thunder in a match on Monday, May 1. The Thunder go into the match with a record of 12-4. Rocklin won 7-1 in their recent league match against Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA)
