The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Thompson Valley Eagles (Loveland, CO) and the visiting St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Thompson Valley's lacrosse team top St. Mary's by a margin of 19-3.
The Eagles (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Littleton (Littleton, CO). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Littleton was overwhelmed by Ponderosa (Parker, CO), 8-7, in a league challenge.
The Pirates (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO). The Cyclones come into the 4A Metro battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Pueblo West thwarted Middle Park (Granby, CO), 5-3, in a league battle.
