Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, MA) and the host Andover Golden Warriors (Andover, MA), witnessed Lexington's softball squad tip Andover by a count of 15-14.

The Minutemen now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Bedford for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 3.

With the loss, Andover moves to 4-6 on the season. The Golden warriors travel to Haverhill (Haverhill, MA) to face the Hillies in a Merrimack Valley - Conf 2 match on Monday, May 1. The Hillies go into the match with a record of 1-7. Haverhill lost 9-0 in their recent league match against Tewksbury Memorial (Tewksbury, MA)
