Washington High School Softball - Sequim can't get by Gig Harbor

The Gig Harbor Tides softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Sequim Wolves to 8 in the Tides non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Gig Harbor moves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Tides host Timberline (Lacey, WA) to play the Blazers in a 3A South Sound game on Monday, May 1. The Blazers come into the game with a record of 9-3. Timberline lost 6-3 in their recent non-league game against Montesano (Montesano, WA)
In their next game, the Wolves play the North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA) in a 2A Olympic game, on Tuesday, May 2. Sequim will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 3-4 record after their 23-3 non-league win over Quilcene (Quilcene, WA).
