Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Jordan Beetdiggers (Sandy, UT), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Huskies now own a 7-14 record. They take the field next when they host Brighton for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 1. Hillcrest will face a Bengals squad coming off a 11-8 non-league win over Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Bengals record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Jordan falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Beetdiggers host Alta (Sandy, UT) to face the Hawks in a 5A Region 8 challenge on Monday, May 1. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 3-11. Alta lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Hillcrest (Midvale, UT)
