The Russell Red Devils softball team (Russell, KY), was routed 11-6 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Lincoln County Patriots (Stanford, KY)

Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Rockcastle County Rockets (Mt. Vernon, KY) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 1. Lincoln County will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record. The Rockets come into the test with a 10-11 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Russell County (Russell Springs, KY).

The Red Devils (9-17) will now prepare for their test against Madison Southern (Berea, KY). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 11-15 record.
