The Whitmer Panthers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Norwayne Bobcats to 9 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Whitmer moves its record to 9-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH) to clash with the Arrows in a Three Rivers Athletic game on Wednesday, May 3. The Arrows come into the game with a record of 11-2.

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Hillsdale Falcons (Jeromesville, OH) in a Wayne County game, on Tuesday, May 2. Norwayne will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 12-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH).
