Ohio High School Softball - Olmsted Falls holds off Westlake

April 29, 2023: Westlake, OH 44145

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH) and the host Westlake Demons (Westlake, OH), witnessed Olmsted Falls's softball squad tip Westlake by a count of 5-3.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-16 record. They play next when they host Avon Lake for a Southwestern game on Monday, May 1. Olmsted Falls will clash with a Shoremen team coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Solon (Solon, OH). The Shoremen record now stands at 0-16.

In their next game, the Demons clash with the Bay Rockets (Bay Village, OH) in a Great Lakes game, on Monday, May 1. Westlake will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Rockets come into the game with a 3-15 record after their 1-0 league win over Fairview (Fairview Park, OH).
