In Monday's non-league battle, the host Garden Spot Spartans volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Reading Red KNights.

The Spartans (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Lebanon (Lebanon, PA). The Cedars come into the Lancaster Lebanon Section Two battle with a 0-12 record. In their last battle, Lebanon went down by Cocalico (Denver, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Red KNights encounter the Daniel Boone Blazers (Birdsboro, PA) in a Berks County I battle, on Tuesday, April 30. Reading will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Blazers come into the battle with a 5-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA).
