New York High School Lacrosse - Amherst Central bounces City Honors

The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY) and the visiting City Honors Centaurs (Buffalo, NY), saw Amherst Central's lacrosse team top City Honors by a margin of 21-9.

The Tigers (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Starpoint (Lockport, NY). The Spartans enter the Class C challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Starpoint beat Wilson (Wilson, NY), 21-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Centaurs (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Orchard Park (Orchard Park, NY). The Quakers enter the Class A challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Orchard Park beat Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY), 14-12, in a non-league challenge.
