The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Minuteman Regional Minuteman (Lexington, MA) and the host Salem Witches (Salem, MA), saw Minuteman Regional's lacrosse team achieve victory over Salem by a margin of 10-5.

The Minuteman (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lowell Catholic (Lowell, MA). The Crusaders enter the Commonwealth challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Lowell Catholic edged Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA), 18-2, in a league challenge.

The Witches (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Saugus (Saugus, MA). The Sachems enter the Northeastern challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Saugus was overwhelmed by Gloucester (Gloucester, MA), 19-5, in a league challenge.
