In Monday's non-league test, the visiting St. John-Vianney Lancers lacrosse squad scored a good 17-1 victory over the Neptune Scarlet Fliers.

The Lancers now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Long Branch for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 1. St. John-Vianney will face a Green Wave squad coming off a 14-0 league loss to Middletown North (Middletown, NJ). The Green Wave record now stands at 0-10.

In their next game, the Scarlet Fliers face the Colts Neck Cougars (Colts Neck, NJ) in a Shore A - North test, on Wednesday, May 1. Neptune will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 12-5 league loss to Howell (Farmingdale, NJ).
