Raymond Rams (Raymond, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Conant Orioles (Jaffrey, NH), 9-7 in a league challenge.

The Rams now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hillsboro-Deering for a challenge on Friday, May 3.

With the loss, Conant falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Orioles host Monadnock (East Swanzey, NH) to battle the Huskies in a Division III challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 5-3. Monadnock won 23-2 in their recent league challenge against Stevens (Claremont, NH)
