The Riverside Ram softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Herndon Hornets to 2 in the Ram non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 15-1 on the year. The Ram travel to Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Potomac game on Tuesday, April 30. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 4-9. Stone Bridge won 5-4 in their recent league game against Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA)

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a Liberty game, on Thursday, May 2. Herndon will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Saxons come into the game with a 13-3 record after their 7-0 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
