In Monday's non-league contest, the Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Union Farmers (Union, NJ), by a count of 10-0.
The Crusaders now sport a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Mary for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 30. Johnson will face a Gaels squad coming off a 15-2 league win over Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ). The Gaels record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Union falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Farmers travel to Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 1. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 5-9.
