Richland Bombers (Richland, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bombers now own a 16-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hanford for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Richland will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 17-1.

With the loss, Moses Lake falls to 12-2 on the campaign. The Mavericks host West Valley (Yakima, WA) to battle the Rams in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 challenge on Friday, May 3. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 9-3. West Valley won 7-3 in their recent league challenge against Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA)
