Uxbridge Spartans (Uxbridge, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Quaboag Regional Cougars (Warren, MA), 21-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Grafton for a South Worc Cty - East challenge on Tuesday, April 30.

With the loss, Quaboag Regional falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Northbridge (Whitinsville, MA) to battle the Rams in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Northbridge won 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA)
