In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Annawan-Wethersfield Titans (Kewanee, IL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes (Abingdon, IL), by a tally of 13-3.
Next up, the Titans encounter the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 30. Annawan-Wethersfield will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 12-8 record after their 10-9 league loss to Polo (Polo, IL).
The Tornadoes (8-9) will now prepare for their bout against Seymour (Payson, IL). The Indians enter the non-league bout with a 7-10 record. In their last bout, Seymour overcame Pleasant Hill/Western (Pleasant Hill, IL), 16-1, in a non-league bout.
