The Biggsville West Central Heat baseball squad (Biggsville, IL), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Augusta Southeastern Suns (Augusta, IL)

With the triumph, Augusta Southeastern moves its record to 4-9 on the season. The Suns host Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL) to confront the Hornets in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 30. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 17-7. Brown County lost 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] (Winchester, IL)

The Heat now possess a 4-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stark County for a Lincoln Trail contest on Wednesday, April 30. Biggsville West Central will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 5-13.
