The Germantown Friends baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host George School Cougars to 2 in the league win on Tuesday.

The now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Academy of the New Church for a Friends Schools League test on Friday, May 2. Germantown Friends will play a Lions team coming off a 15-4 league loss to Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA). The Lions record now stands at 4-5.

With the defeat, George School drops to 1-8 on the year. The Cougars travel to Friends Select (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Falcons in a Friends Schools League test on Friday, May 2. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 5-4. Friends Select lost 22-2 in their recent league test against Friends' Central (Wynnewood, PA)
