In Tuesday's non-league bout, the South Salem Saxons (Salem, OR) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Glencoe Crimson Tide (Hillsboro, OR), by a tally of 8-0.
Next up, the Saxons encounter the Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR) in a 6A Central Valley bout, on Tuesday, May 6. South Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 17-0 season record. The Olympians enter the bout with a 11-5 record after their 9-4 non-league win over Southridge (Beaverton, OR).
The Crimson Tide (7-10) will now prepare for their bout against Sherwood (Sherwood, OR). The Bowmen enter the 6A Pacific bout with a 14-3 record.
