The Hackettstown Tigers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Voorhees Vikings to 9 in the Tigers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Tigers now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dover for a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. Hackettstown will play a Tigers team coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 3-11.

With the defeat, Voorhees drops to 8-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ) to play the Patriots in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 2-9. North Warren Regional won 16-0 in their recent non-league test against Notre Dame (East Stroudsburg, PA)
