The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Thetford Academy Panthers (Thetford, VT) and the visiting Oxbow Olympians (Bradford, VT), saw Thetford Academy's baseball team gain a win over Oxbow by a tally of 17-2.
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Windsor (Windsor, VT). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Windsor was overwhelmed by Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT), 18-0, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Oxbow drops to 0-5 on the year. The Olympians host Hazen (Hardwick, VT) to clash with the Wildcats in a NVAC Capital B challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
