Fans at Tuesday's non-league test between the Lake Catholic Cougars (Mentor, OH) and the host Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH), witnessed Lake Catholic's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Archbishop Hoban by a count of 12-6.

The Cougars (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH). The Lancers enter the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Gilmour Academy nipped Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH), 11-10, in a non-league test.

Next, the Knights battle the Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a Region 6 test, on Thursday, May 1. Archbishop Hoban will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Bombers enter the test with a 7-3 record after their 9-3 league win over Hawken (Gates Mills, OH).
