Blue Valley North Mustangs (Overland Park, KS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Bishop Miege Stags (Shawnee Mission, KS), 2-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Blue Valley North moves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy (Overland Park, KS) to meet the Rams in a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-4.

The Stags now sport a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lansing for a non-league test on Friday, May 2. Bishop Miege will meet a Lions team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS). The Lions record now stands at 2-9.
