Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) and the visiting Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), saw L.C. Bird's soccer squad hold off Richmond High School for the Arts by a count of 1-0.

The Skyhawks (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Royals enter the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Prince George tipped Hopewell (Hopewell, VA), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) in a Dominion battle, on Thursday, May 1. Richmond High School for the Arts will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 8-0 league loss to Midlothian (Midlothian, VA).
