Maryland High School Baseball - Sparrows Point wallops Lansdowne

The Sparrows Point Pointers baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Lansdowne Vikings to 3 in the Pointers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Pointers now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perry Hall for a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. Sparrows Point will play a Gators team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Parkville (Baltimore, MD). The Gators record now stands at 8-2.

With the defeat, Lansdowne drops to 3-8 on the year. The Vikings travel to Kenwood (Baltimore, MD) to play the Bluebirds in a non-league test on Monday, May 5. The Bluebirds go into the test with a record of 3-3.
