The Cave Spring Knights lacrosse team (Roanoke, VA), was tipped 5-4 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Salem Spartans (Salem, VA)
With the victory, Salem advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Spartans host Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1.
