In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Yorktown Patriots lacrosse squad scored a good 14-4 triumph over the George C. Marshall Statesmen.

The Patriots (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against McLean (McLean, VA). The Highlanders go into the challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, McLean knocked off Wakefield School (The Plains, VA), 12-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Statesmen clash with the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 1. George C. Marshall will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Hornets go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Langley (McLean, VA).
