In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting West Deptford Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 triumph over the Absegami Braves.

The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Somerdale, NJ). The Silver Knights go into the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Sterling was overwhelmed by Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ), 11-6, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Braves meet the Middle Township Panthers (Cape May Court House, NJ) in a Cape Atlantic contest, on Thursday, May 1. Absegami will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 10-0 record after their 11-6 non-league win over Sterling (Somerdale, NJ).
