Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Deering Rams (Portland, ME) and the host Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME), witnessed Deering's lacrosse squad top Massabesic by a count of 16-6.

The Rams (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Falmouth (Falmouth, ME). The Navigators enter the Class A contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Falmouth beat Noble (North Berwick, ME), 26-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Derryfield Cougars (Manchester, NH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 3. Massabesic will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 6-0 record after their 19-6 league win over Souhegan (Amherst, NH).
