In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Foran Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-8 win over the Hamden Green Dragons.

The Lions (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Branford (North Branford, CT). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, North Branford nipped Cromwell (Cromwell, CT), 19-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Green Dragons meet the Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT) in a Southern Connecticut contest, on Saturday, May 3. Hamden will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 5-4 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Pomperaug (Southbury, CT).
