In Tuesday's non-league test, the Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL) lacrosse team edged the visiting Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL), by a count of 13-12.

Next up, the Knights battle the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 1. Kaneland will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Lancers enter the test with a 3-6 record after their 13-3 league loss to Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL).

The Golden Eagles (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Cary-Grove (Cary, IL). The Trojans enter the Fox Valley test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Cary-Grove got by Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 18-2, in a league test.
