Illinois High School Lacrosse - Marist drops to Wheaton Academy

In Tuesday's non-league match, the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL), by a count of 24-7.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, May 1. Wheaton Academy will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Thunderbolts enter the match with a 8-3 record after their 12-6 league win over Normal Community (Normal, IL).

The RedHawks (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Lions enter the match with a 11-2 record. In their last match, Saint Viator defeated Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 8-3, in a non-league match.
